Day 37: And What a Significant Day it Was!

After 15 years, we met again today. She is every bit as beautiful and breathtaking as I remember.

  2. Hehe didn't think of it that way. The crowds and the poorly maintained surroundings hardly induce romance though.

  4. Beautiful shot! It is hard to come up with interesting shots of something that has been photographed millions of times, but you have managed to add your own perspective. Love the peek-a-boo angle from behind the woods and also the black and white treatment

  5. Thanks Sig! I have tons of the "classic" shots but just *had* to get a different angle for this blog :)

Thank you Jeyashri and Siri :)

Priti, went there for CNY break, back to the grind now :)

  8. lovely. rarely does a photograph of the Taj Mahal rise to the level of even mildly compelling.  This one totally breaks that rule. Did you add grain in post processing? or is that natural noise?

  9. Thanks Vinay! The grain is part of one of the presets I applied. I thought of removing it but then felt it added to the texture of the picture.
