Day 38: Yeh Delhi Hai Mere Yaar

For the dozens of you who emailed/tweeted/commented asking about my spice box (that picture has the most number of 'likes' so far, more than even the Taj!) here's one place I know for a fact you get it in - Dilli Haat, New Delhi. Now go get it!

PS: This is the last day of this India trip, but I may cheat with some other pics I love from then. Bear with me!

PPS: Throughout the entire time we were in Delhi, I couldn't stop humming the Dilli 6 title song. Is that normal?

PPPS: If I could live in Dilli Haat, I would. Gladly.

  12. Beautiful pic! If these cute little spice boxes found their way to any shopping malls in Chennai, they would be sold at an exorbitant price! I heard there is an International food plaza in Dilli Haat where they serve special food items from different states. Nags, you must have had a wonderful time there.

  17. Hi Nags!
Lovely blog and the snaps are so beautiful!
I am quite a photo junkie myself and happen to come across this blog through your site - edible garden! :)
Btw, I also made a trip to Dilli Haat recently and picked up a similar box!.. it looks so pretty and I have decided to use it to keep my silver jewellery. :D
Btw.. these boxes (maybe not the bigger ones) are also available at Jute Cottage in B'lore. I rem seeing them when I used to live there..

Great work and I am definitely gonna visit Project 365 more often!!Cheers!
